Say goodbye to the exhausting thought that you always have to do everything immediately. After this workshop, you will recognise ways to find peace, learn to pause and focus your attention on the present moment, and develop an awareness of your breathing. Surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of the former Carthusian monastery, you will develop an awareness of your breathing. Treat yourself to this break for the sake of your health!
